Turning Children’s Dreams into Reality

While I was volunteering at World Help today, I came across a short description of a young girl’s life. One of the quotes stood out to me:

“…But because of her poverty, her desire remains a dream.”

So many dreams are never realized because of impoverished circumstances. People all over the world have desires, but not everyone has the opportunities to make those desires become reality. This is why giving matters.

This little girl, I hope, will be able to make her dream come true. She is now in World Help’s scholarship program, which gives her educational assistance and healthy meals throughout the week. She will be educated and strong by the time she is an adult, two advantages that many impoverished women lack.

Many children, however, still need someone’s help to make their dreams come true.

Please consider donating to help children’s dreams become reality. Whether that’s through medical assistance, educational assistance, or simply by giving them sports equipment so they can play sports at school — please choose to make a difference in a child’s life.

“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” — Matthew 25:40 (ESV)
